Awesome new site for planning weekend or month long vacation travel!

Instead of giving you all I’ve got right here and right now I’m going to send you on a cyber goose chase, but you have my solemn word that it will be worth your time. I’ve been writing these days. I wish I could say it is all fun and games, but quite frankly it is not. Corporate sponsorship letters and business chitter-chatter is something I’d rather pass on. However, it is a talent that must and will be developed.

On the flip-side I have started serving yet another online travel community. (For those of you who remember my days here, don’t panic – yet.) This new online hot site has its addictive qualities, but in regards to the writing style it is much different. If I’m not mistaken the best way to describe what they’re looking for is: short, sweet and oozing with visuals that appeal to the senses. Don’t listen to me though. If you’re one of the many blog lurkers reading and clicking and liking what I’ve written please don’t be shy this time and say so. It doesn’t matter all that much to me what you decide to do though. Cuba is out for the time being and Madagascar remains in limbo. I’m now moving onto April trip planning with my friend Muna. We will be going here. Several of you have probably been in or around this country or might know someone living there. Send me a tip or two. Now that the tickets are purchased I’m working on securing a couch, deciding what exactly to do on Liberation Day, and how we’re going to celebrate Muna’s birthday. Oh, and the city will also be celebrating its own birthday on April 21 – the very day we arrive bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and ready to attack. Where should we eat? What should we sample? Where to get the best gelato? We’re also looking at hob-nobbing with the locals at this major sporting event. Tickets will have to be purchased soon. Sigh. For now I will be clicking in and out of this BBC site with hopes of mastering more than just a simple…
