Big love to Kelly Amabile who tagged me as an amazing blogger. Kelly is one of the many talented bloggers over at Gadling, but beyond that she has her own blog – Lost in Place. Gaining a web tag like “amazing blogger” is not easy to come by and doesn’t come for free. Remember nothing is ever free in life! That being said the award “requires” writing yet another blog entry detailing seven weird or random facts about myself and like Kelly I am going to break the rules. Instead of just feeding you all seven weird random facts I am going to quiz you a little. My blog track record or archives state that I have been at it since 2003 and even if you have only been following for a year, three years or two months you can probably catch a good whiff of my personality – enough to answer quite a few of these correctly. ANSWERS:
1. False. I keep telling myself that I need to read the Bible and other religious works like the Qu’ran.
2. B. Callaloo Checks… I’m told it is sold out now, but look out for the spring/summer pieces and don’t hesitate to send an early b-day present.
3. Right. But you can see what wrong doing like cheating can do to you in the long run. Hooked on Phonics worked for me!
4. Non. Liver – Yuck!
5. B. I don’t have any idea why I moan, but people tell me it is funny.
6. OF COURSE NOT!!!! Are you crazy??? Crack is whack! Hugs not drugs, please.
7. Yes. And if you were paying attention you probably saw me wearing it in Mexico and Ghana. While I’m sure Sallie Mae would have appreciated the $588, I still like my brown swim gear to this day. And no it didn’t come with a lifeguard or anything else. Just the bathing suit!

As far as number 7 is concerned — swimsuit splurges are sometimes necessary, esp. for globetrotting goddesses who swim in style all over the world!! Sallie should totally understand.
