I don’t know where are you from but you introduce our history very good. I want to give a information about Haft sin. sth that comes to our tradtions form other traditions is Mahi Ghermez. It is not related to our traditional Haft sin. It comes from Chia. If you want to know about this point you can refer to Kamal-al-Molk Painiting.
